Holly Williamsen, LCSW

Holly is a licensed clinical social worker with 20 years of experience as a psychotherapist working with couples and individuals. As a certified Psychedelic Assisted Therapist, she incorporates her specialty of Somatic Experiencing and mindfulness. Holly’s work centers around the innate human desire to heal and the transformative impact of cultivating an accepting relationship with oneself.
Holly believes no problem is too trivial or extraordinary to be undertaken in therapy. She respects that the client will lead the process and determine what areas feel meaningful. Her work is grounded in the belief that each of us has an inner healing intelligence that guides our attention and provides a path to growth.  Holly has been described as providing a warm, accepting presence where others can openly explore their most vulnerable experiences.
